What Rates Can I Use With a Stay Plus Free Night?
Your Stay Plus Free Night can be used with selected public room rates that are available directly through Accor booking channels (such as the ALL.com app or Accor Reservations).
These are standard, publicly available rates offered by participating hotels, where the Stay Plus Free Night option is shown as available during the booking process.
Rates That Are NOT Eligible
Your Stay Plus Free Night cannot be combined with discounted or qualified rate types, including:
- Third-party bookings
(e.g. online travel websites, travel agents, or any non-Accor booking platforms) - Group rates
(including conference, event, or negotiated group bookings) - Industry, media, or tour operator rates
(such as travel agent, airline, media, or wholesaler rates) - Employee or Friends & Family rates
(including Accor staff rates or internal discounts) - Special partner agreement rates
(rates offered through corporate, commercial, or other partner agreements) - Loyalty discounts outside the standard ALL member rate
(any special status or loyalty discounts not part of the standard ALL Accor programme)
How to Make Sure Your Rate Is Eligible
To avoid disappointment:
- Book direct via the ALL.com app or Accor Reservations.
- Look specifically for the Stay Plus Free Night rate when selecting your room.
- If the Stay Plus option doesn’t appear, it means it’s not available for that rate or date.
