Unfortunately, the Stay Plus FREE Nights can't be combined with the Suite Night Upgrade.
However, you can book your Stay Plus FREE Night along with a paid night, and then make a separate booking for the Suite Night Upgrade for the nights before or after. Just keep in mind that you may need to switch rooms based on the type of room you book.
