On 1 October 2025, any Stay Plus Nights you hadn’t used or booked were converted to two Stay Plus FREE Nights for each unbooked or unredeemed night, up to a maximum of four Stay Plus FREE Nights.
If you didn’t have any Stay Plus Nights available on 1 October 2025 because you’d already used or booked them, there were no Stay Plus Nights to convert. However, you’ll still receive two Stay Plus FREE Nights when you renew your membership.
