We like to make renewing your ALL Accor+ Explorer Membership simple – but we know not everyone wants it to just happen automatically. Here’s how it works, and how you can take control.
Subscription Renewal means your membership renews every 12 months without you having to do a thing.
On renewal day, we’ll simply charge your chosen payment method and your benefits will keep rolling for another year.
If you joined in Australia or New Zealand after 1 October 2025 , your account is set to auto-renew ON by default. Everyone else can choose whether to turn it on or off.
We’ll Give You Plenty of Notice
About 30 days before your membership expires , we’ll email you to remind you:
- Your membership is due to renew automatically, and
- The membership fee will be charged to your saved payment method.
How to Turn Automatic Renewal ON or OFF
You’re in control!
- Log into your ALL Accor+ Explorer account.
- Go to Profile .
- Look for “Subscription Renewal” .
- Flip the toggle ON to activate auto-renew, or OFF to switch to manual renewal.
Important: Cut-Off Date to Cancel Auto-Renew
If you don’t want to renew automatically, make sure you turn the toggle OFF at least 2 days before your payment date .
After that, the payment will be processed and your membership renewed for another 12 months.
Updating Your Payment Method
You can update your payment method anytime in your Profile. If your current card or payment option expires and renewal fails, we’ll contact you to update your details. Just know that your membership may be suspended until payment is sorted.
Why You Might Keep Auto-Renew ON
- No lapses – you keep all your benefits without interruption.
- One less thing to remember – no renewal reminders to act on.
- Easy worldwide travel planning – your benefits are ready whenever you are.
Why You Might Turn Auto-Renew OFF
- You prefer to decide each year based on travel plans.
- You need to adjust your payment method or membership type before renewing.
