ALL Accor+ Explorer membership renews every 12 months unless a member opts out before the renewal deadline. Members receive a reminder before payment and can update payment details or manage renewal settings in their account, with Member Care available if they need help.
Before your membership renews
Before your renewal date, we'll send you a reminder email with your upcoming renewal details. This gives you time to:
- Review your renewal.
- Update your payment method if needed.
- Turn off automatic renewal if you do not wish to continue your membership.
How will I be charged?
On your renewal date, we'll charge the credit card saved to your account using the payment method you've selected.
If you notice a charge on your bank or credit card statement, it may appear with the Accor Plus statement descriptor.
How do I turn off automatic renewal?
If you do not want your membership to renew, you can disable Auto Renewal before your renewal date.
- Sign in to your account at accorplus.com using your registered email address and password.
- Select Profile from the top-right corner.
- Open Account Settings (next to your membership card).
- Locate the Auto Renewal setting.
- Toggle Auto Renewal off.
- Save your changes and confirm.
Once completed, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming that automatic renewal has been turned off.
Important: To avoid your renewal charge, make sure Auto Renewal is turned off before your scheduled renewal date.
How do I update my payment method?
To change the credit card used for your membership renewal:
- Sign in to your account https://www.accorplus.com/in/
- Go to Profile.
- Open Account Settings and select Auto Renewal.
- In the payment portal, add or select your preferred credit card.
- Set your new card as the default payment method.
- Save your changes.
Your future membership renewal will be charged to the default payment method saved in your account.
