ALL Accor+ Explorer members will continue to enjoy their current vouchers up until the expiration of the membership.
All vouchers will be applicable to Stay Plus FREE Night bookings but keep in mind that terms and conditions apply. Voucher specific terms and conditions can be found on the digital voucher, and the vouchers do not automatically apply to all nights on your booking.
You can find your digital vouchers on all.accor.com or the ALL Accor App from the end of October. Until then you can find them on your profile on accorplus.com

Log in using your email address and password.
Click on your profile, located on the top right corner of the page, and select on ‘Your Subscriptions’.
Your vouchers will be presented to you in a list, if you have these available.
Select ‘View Details’ on the voucher you wish to use, and you will see a unique voucher code which you can present when you arrive at the hotel/restaurant.

Select the vouchers section, which sits under the status details.
Select the voucher you wish to use.
Show the unique voucher code to the hotel or restaurant team members.
