How to Claim Your ALL Points
ALL points are usually applied within 7 days after your hotel check-out. If you haven't received your points, follow these steps:
(1) Check your booking method to ensure it was eligible for ALL points:
- Eligible: Bookings via all.accor.com, accorplus.com, Accor brand websites, Accor reservations, hotel reception (at participating hotels), traditional travel agencies.
- Stay Plus nights are eligible only if you have additional eligible charges (e.g., dining) in the room.
- Ineligible: Bookings through third-party sites like Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, etc.
- If you have overlapping stays, only the first check-out date will count for reward and status points. (Also, remember that you'll earn Status Nights based on the number of nights stayed. For example, booking 3 rooms for 1 night earns you 1 Status Night.)
(2) Verify your stay was at an ALL participating hotel. Check the non-participating hotels list.
(3) Ensure your ALL card is registered when booking or upon arrival at the hotel.

You can view your points and recent stays in your profile on accorplus.com.
