If you've checked out more than a week ago and haven't received your points, you can easily claim them here. Just click the link, select Claiming Points, and provide the hotel name along with your stay's start date. Your points will be applied right away.
Generally, all points are credited within 7 days after you check out from the hotel. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
(1) Make sure your booking method was eligible for all points:
- Eligible: Bookings made through all.accor.com, accorplus.com, Accor brand websites, Accor reservations, hotel reception (at participating hotels), or traditional travel agencies.
- Stay Plus nights are eligible only if you have additional eligible charges (like dining) in your room.
- Ineligible: Bookings made through third-party sites such as Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, etc.
- If you have overlapping stays, only the first check-out date will count for reward and status points. Also, keep in mind that you'll earn Status Nights based on the number of nights stayed. For instance, booking 3 rooms for 1 night earns you 1 Status Night.
(2) Confirm that your stay was at an ALL participating hotel. You can check the list of non-participating hotels.
(3) Ensure your ALL card is registered when you book or upon your arrival at the hotel.
