Automatic Subscription Renewal for Australian & New Zealand Members

Accor Plus memberships in Australia and New Zealand are set to renew automatically every 12 months at a discounted rate. However, you can opt out of this renewal up to 72 hours before your auto renewal date. 

You’ll receive a reminder email 30 days before payment is due, and the renewal charge will appear as "Allegiance Marketing" or Accor Plus on your credit card statement.

How to Opt Out of Subscription Renewal:

(1) Log in at accorplus.com using your email and password.

(2) Go to Profile (top right corner)

(3) Click "Manage Your Payment Plan"

(4) In the payment portal, click "Cancel Plan"

How to Change Your Credit Card for Renewal: 

(1) Log in at accorplus.com and go to Profile

(2) Click "Manage Your Payment Plan"

(3) In the payment portal, you can either cancel your plan or contact Member Services

(4) Be sure to select your new credit card as the default payment method
