ALL Accor+ Explorer memberships are set to renew automatically every 12 months However, you can opt out of this renewal up to 48 hours before your auto renewal date.
You’ll receive a reminder email 30 days before payment is due, and the renewal charge will appear as "Allegiance Marketing" or Accor Plus on your credit card statement.
How to Opt Out of Subscription Renewal:
- Login to the Accor Plus website using your registered email and password.
- Go to “Profile” (top-right corner).
- In Account Settings (located beside your membership card picture), find the Auto Renewal option.
- Toggle off / uncheck the Auto Renewal setting.
- Save changes and confirm.
- A confirmation message/email will be sent once Auto Renewal has been successfully disabled.
How to Change Your Credit Card for Renewal:
(1) Log in at accorplus.com and go to Profile
(2) In Account Settings (located beside your membership card picture), find the Auto Renewal option.
(3) In the payment portal, you can either cancel your plan
(4) Be sure to select your new credit card as the default payment method
