After joining ALL Accor+ Explorer, you can find your digital Explorer membership card in ALL app by signing in with your ALL account. Your digital card can be used when booking eligible stays, checking in at participating hotels, and to enjoy your Explorer dining discount..
Your membership vouchers can also be accessed digitally. Vouchers will appear in the ALL app or within your ALL Accor+ account, where they can be viewed and redeemed when making an eligible booking or using your member benefits.
Where can I find my digital membership cards?
ALL Accor+ Explorer members have two digital cards, one is the ALL Accor card which shows your loyalty status and the second is the Explorer digital card which you will need to show to enjoy your dining discount.
To access your digital cards:
- Sign in to your ALL account on the ALL website or in the ALL mobile app.
- Navigate to the Membership section.
- Swipe between your ALL Accor and your ALL Accor+ Explorer
- Your ALL Accor+ Explorer digital membership card will be displayed and is ready to use.
Present your digital card when requested at participating hotels or restaurants to access your member benefits.
Where can I find my vouchers?
Your eligible vouchers are available digitally within the ALL app.
Depending on the voucher, you can find them under the Rewards or Vouchers section.
