ALL Accor+ Explorer includes two Stay Plus FREE Nights each membership year, and each Stay Plus FREE Night gives you one free room night when you book an eligible stay of two nights or more. Participating hotels, room types and availability can vary, and some hotels may have blackout dates or minimum-stay requirements; selected resorts, remote destinations and long-stay apartments may require a minimum stay of three nights
Before booking, please note the following:
- Participating hotels: Available at most participating Accor hotels across Asia Pacific and the UAE. Excludes ibis Budget hotels. Minimum stay: A Stay Plus booking requires a minimum stay of two consecutive nights, with one complimentary Stay Plus night and one paid night. Selected resorts, remote destinations and long-stay apartment hotels may require a minimum three-night stay.
- Room type: Stay Plus is valid on eligible standard (entry-level) room categories only. Breakfast and other inclusions are not included unless specified in your booked rate.
- Availability: Stay Plus bookings are subject to hotel availability and may be limited by blackout dates, inventory allocation, minimum stay requirements and revenue management.
- Room upgrades: Higher room categories may be booked by paying the applicable room rate difference.
- Booking: Stay Plus must be booked in advance through the Accor Plus website, ALL.com or the ALL app. Walk-in bookings are not permitted.
- Validity: Stay Plus is non-transferable and must be booked and completed before your membership expiry date.
- Booking restrictions: Only one Stay Plus FREE Night may be used per stay and cannot be split across multiple reservations or used for overlapping bookings.
- Ineligible rates: Stay Plus cannot be combined with employee rates, Friends & Family rates, ALL Reward points redemptions, Suite Night Upgrades or other restricted promotional rates.
- Reward & Status Points: Points are earned only on eligible additional spend, such as dining, spa services or additional paid nights.
- Changes & cancellations: Cancellations or modifications must be made in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy. Eligible cancellations will automatically reinstate your Stay Plus entitlement.
