If you receive an ALL Accor+ Explorer membership through a third‑party partner (such as as part of a promotion or as a benefit from a credit card provider), the benefits, duration, and conditions are based on that partner’s terms and may differ from memberships purchased directly from Accor.
Members can only hold one active ALL Accor+ Explorer membership at a time, so if you already have a membership, it will be replaced by the partner‑provided one rather than extended or added on.
For example, if you had three months remaining on your current membership and activate a 12‑month membership from a partner, your existing membership would end immediately, and you would have 12 months from the new start date — not three months plus 12 months.
It is also important to note that memberships provided by a partner may vary in length and may not be a full 12 months like when you purchase directly from ALL Accor+.
