When you buy an Accor Plus membership over the phone, there’s a 10-day cooling-off period, provided you haven’t used any of the benefits yet.
You have the right to cancel your membership for any reason within 10 business days starting from the first business day after you paid your ALL Accor+ Explorer membership fee, or as allowed by any other legal cooling-off rights.
A refund will be given: (i) to members who have statutory cooling-off rights under local laws; (ii) to members without statutory cooling-off rights only if the Card hasn’t been signed and no benefits (like certificates or vouchers) have been used; and (iii) in India, if eligible for a refund, the membership fee will be refunded excluding taxes.
Please note: the cooling-off period and the details above don’t apply to memberships bought online. For online purchases, there is no cooling-off period.
