Members can now independently claim missing stay points online by following the steps outlined below:
1. Log in to your account at [all.accor.com](https://all.accor.com).
2. Navigate to the **Member’s Name bar** located in the top-right corner.
3. Select **"Your Points Statement."**
4. Scroll down to locate and click on the **"Claiming Points"** option.
5. Enter the required stay details in the designated fields.
6. Lastly, please click "Submit the claim" request.

Upon successful submission, the claim will be processed, and the corresponding points and nights will be credited to the member’s account within **seven (7) days**.
