A popular benefit of the Accor Plus Explorer membership is the Stay Plus complimentary night, applicable at your choice of over 1,000 participating Accor hotels in Asia Pacific.
Some important things to remember with your Stay Plus complimentary night entitlement:
- Each Stay Plus complimentary night is valid for one (1) night in a standard room and is subject to availability and allocation
- Room upgrades are available with an upgrade fee equivalent to the difference between the upgraded room and the standard room. An upgrade fee is also applicable to properties that do not have standard rooms such as hotels with apartments
- The entitlement of your Stay Plus complimentary night/s is dependent on the type of Accor Plus membership, for example, an Accor Plus Traveller membership does not have a Stay Plus benefit included
- Your Stay Plus complimentary night benefit is non-transferable and is only valid within your current Accor Plus membership period
- Reservations for Stay Plus nights are required to be booked in advance via accorplus.com, all.accor.com, or the Accor All app, walk-in bookings at the hotel will not be accepted
- Only one (1) Stay Plus night complimentary night can be used per booking. There has to be a day gap to use another Stay plus night in the same hotel (if any)
- Stay Plus night is deemed as an eligible night to earn Status and Reward points only when you have an eligible spend charged to the booking, for example, charging a meal at the hotel restaurant back to your room, room service or additional paid nights attached to the booking
- To modify or cancel a booking with a Stay Plus night, the modification or cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before local check-in time, or as per the conditions stated on your booking policy
- To modify your Stay Plus booking for a different property, the initial Stay Plus booking must be cancelled before you can re-book
- Your Stay Plus entitlement will be credited back to your account once your Stay Plus booking is successfully cancelled

- For Platinum members and above who are eligible for Suite Night Upgrade benefits, please note that Suite Night Upgrades cannot be used in conjunction with a Stay Plus night
