The cancellation of hotel bookings is governed by Accor's global cancellation policy and generally due to the situation with the pandemic you can get a credit for stay at the same hotel to use within 18 months at that property. However it is recommended that you review the global cancellation policy for up to date information in relation to your booking.

Please read Sofitel City Centre request that if I were to cancel my booking due hotel being used for SHN I have to contact Accorplus and that's what I am doing because I want my full refund of my payment to Sofitel City Centre.
