Status points and nights expire on the 31st December of each year and reset on the 1st of January.
As an Accor Plus member you automatically qualify for membership with Elite status in ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s global lifestyle loyalty programme, and enjoy a bonus of 20 Status Nights for quicker access to the next status level or to retain your current status for longer. The bonus of 20 Status Nights will be reflected in your account one (1) day after your effective joining Accor Plus membership subscription date. For renewing memberships, the 20 Status Nights will be reflected on the 1st day of your new membership year.
As long as you remain an Accor Plus member you will never fall below Elite Silver status.
Accor Plus members have their status assessed at the expiry of their membership year, not on the day you renew. For example if your membership expires in January no matter when you renewed your membership your status would be assessed on January 31st.
The status tier will be assessed based on the Eligible Status Nights or Status points earned during one of the two periods:
- The current calendar year to date
- The previous calendar year
The highest number of Eligible Nights spent or Status points earned during one of these two periods, will determine your new Status. You will then keep that status until your next membership year.
To attain or maintain Gold, Platinum or Diamond status, you will need to earn or stay the minimum night requirements below:
Status |
Minimum Status points/ Eligible Nights |
Gold |
7,000 Status points or 30 Eligible Nights |
Platinum |
14,000 Status points or 60 Eligible Nights |
Diamond |
26,000 Status points |
