Why was my status downgraded?

Your status tier is reviewed at the end of your membership year, based on the Status points or Status Nights you've earned in:

•  The previous calendar year OR
•  The current year to date

Whichever total is higher will determine your new status.

To keep your Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status, you'll need to meet the minimum requirements.

As an Accor Plus member, you automatically get at least Elite Silver status in ALL – Accor Live Limitless, along with 20 bonus Status Nights for faster upgrades or to maintain your status longer.
