Why was my status downgraded?

Please Note: Due to the impacts of the pandemic all Accor Plus members will maintain their current status upon renewal in 2022 regardless of stays.

Ordinarily your status level for your Accor Plus membership is assessed at the time of your membership renewal. This assessment is based on the Status points earned in the previous calendar year and the Status points earned year to date. The highest number of Eligible Nights spent or Status points earned during one of these two periods, will determine your new status.

To maintain Gold, Platinum or Diamond status, you will need to earn or stay the minimum requirements below:

As long as you are an Accor Plus member, you automatically qualify for a minimum of Elite Silver status.
