How can I enjoy my member benefits before my membership card arrives?

A digital version of your Accor Plus membership card is available on the ALL app. The ALL - Accor Live Limitless app is a great way to easily access your Accor Plus benefits while you are on the go. 

It's easy to access your digital card:

1. Download the ALL app
2. Make sure you are logged in, using your Accor Plus username (email address) and password.
3. Tap the top right corner of the app, tap on the membership card image
4. Your digital card will appear

You can show your digital card to access member benefits and start experiencing more straight away. 

The ALL app is available for download on the Apple App and Google Play stores.
