No. When you book a Stay Plus complimentary night, you will need to pay for any room upgrades or additional nights with your credit card. Reward points cannot be used to pay in conjunction with Stay Plus booking.
However, you can use your Reward points at check-out when paying for any incidentals or additional charges which occurred during your stay.
