Welcome to Accor Plus!
Upon completion of the enrollment process, you will receive a welcome email containing your membership number and an activation link.
After you have activated your membership, your digital membership card will be available on the home screen via the ALL.com app. Download the ALL.com mobile app
- Make sure you are logged in, using your registered Accor Plus username (email address) and password
- At the top right corner of the app, tap on the membership card image
- Your digital card will appear.
Simply present your digital card when checking in or at one of our restaurants to enjoy your Accor Plus benefits and discounts.

I joined Accor Plus on the 5th October & I still haven't received a confirmation email or membership number so I can book accommodation? Can someone help please?
