Changes to the name on your Accor Plus membership can only be done due to the following reasons: legal name change, name spelt incorrectly or the account holder passing away.
Legal name change
If you need to change the name on your account due to a legal name change (for example marriage or divorce) we will require you to send a copy of the legal documentation to change the name on your membership. You can submit this documentation through a webform here
Name is incorrectly spelled on membership
If your name is spelled incorrectly on your membership please accept our apologies. We will need you to advise us of the correct spelling of your name so that we can fix this for you. You can submit this documentation through a webform here
Member has passed away
In the event that a loved one has passed away and you wish to change the identity of their membership, we require you to send a copy of the death certificate before we can make any changes to the account. You can submit this documentation through a webform here
